Such things as the Cajun French language, Mardi Gras and Fais Do Do dances are all dear to me. Often one does not appreciate something until it is gone. Therefore, this song is dedicated to all the Cajuns who may be taking their culture for granted, because it could someday be lost. -- Bruce Daigrepont
